ts999 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the ts999 platform, including the associated PKR wallet, betting history, and bonus balance.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Player's ts999 wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or non-cash incentives awarded by ts999 under a promotional offer.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, fishing games, crash games, and any other gambling-related entertainment products made available through ts999.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of real-world sporting events, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, ICC events, bilateral series), football, and UFC, offered through the ts999 sportsbook.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which ts999 accounts are denominated and in which all deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, or payment method verification process that ts999 may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or investigating account irregularities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ts999 platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation;
• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not been previously excluded from the ts999 platform under a self-exclusion request or administrative suspension;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.

Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of ts999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility. To open a ts999 account, you must: (a) be a natural person aged 21 or older; (b) provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration; (c) have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ts999 account. Holding more than one account — whether intentionally or inadvertently — is a material breach of these Terms. ts999 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any funds pending investigation in cases of suspected multi-accounting.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to ts999 at registration and throughout your account lifetime is accurate and up to date. ts999 may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 Identity Verification. ts999 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Acceptable documents include Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity; and account statements or screenshots for payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal hold.

3.5 Account Approval. ts999 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4. Account Security

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ts999 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your ts999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ts999 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ts999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Methods. ts999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All deposits are denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ts999 account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity. ts999 reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its licensing conditions.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your ts999 wallet, the transaction is final. ts999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.4 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit instruction is sent but funds are not credited to your ts999 account within the stated processing time for the relevant payment method, you should contact ts999 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be made from real-money balances that are free of pending wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their associated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Identity Verification Requirement. ts999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

6.3 Methods & Processing Time. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from ts999 is displayed on the Cashier page at the time of the request. ts999 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with reasonable notice.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal. ts999 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the account; (c) the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the amount required to satisfy a pending wagering requirement; or (d) a technical error has resulted in erroneous credits to the account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. ts999 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Players should review wagering requirements before accepting any bonus at ts999.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. ts999 will void bonuses claimed by individuals who are found to have claimed the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts or identities.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. ts999 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

7.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ts999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any such changes will be notified to affected players via the ts999 platform or by email to the registered account address where practicable.

8. Gaming Rules & Fairness

8.1 Random Number Generation. All ts999 Games that are not played against live dealers use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. RNG outcomes are statistically unpredictable and cannot be manipulated by ts999 or any player.

8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at ts999 are supplied by third-party studio providers and are conducted by human dealers on real game equipment. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by physical card deals, wheel spins, or dice rolls, as applicable. ts999 does not control the outcome of live dealer games.

8.3 Game Malfunction. 8.4 Player Decisions Final. All bets, game decisions, and wagers placed by a player are final upon confirmation. ts999 cannot reverse completed bet transactions where the game outcome has been determined.

9. Sports Betting

9.1 Market Availability. Sports betting markets at ts999 are offered on a best-efforts basis. ts999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular market, odds, or event. Markets may be suspended, settled, or voided at any time in response to changes in the relevant sporting event or for regulatory compliance reasons.

9.2 Odds and Pricing. All odds displayed on the ts999 sportsbook are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the binding odds for that wager. Market odds may fluctuate significantly for high-profile events including PSL matches, ICC World Cup fixtures, and UFC bouts.

9.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. ts999 reserves the right to delay settlement in cases where the official result is disputed, under appeal, or subject to investigation for match integrity concerns.

9.4 Void Bets. ts999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that: (a) the relevant event has been abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period; (b) the odds were materially incorrect due to a system or human error; or (c) there is evidence of manipulation of the relevant sporting event.

9.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per event and per account per day apply to all sports betting markets on ts999. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page and are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ts999 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering multiple ts999 accounts for any purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the ts999 platform, place bets, or generate play patterns;
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are known or suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity;

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Warranty. 13.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ts999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the ts999 platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to ts999 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Excluded Losses. ts999 shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; or any losses arising from circumstances outside ts999's reasonable control, including third-party payment processing failures, internet service interruptions, or acts of government.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Notification. If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, withdrawal, or any other matter relating to your ts999 account, you must notify ts999's customer support team within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

14.2 Internal Resolution. ts999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes through its internal customer support process within ten (10) business days of a formal dispute being lodged. Where the internal process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant complaints body designated by ts999's licensing authority.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ts999 holds its gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ts999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ts999 will provide reasonable notice via the platform and/or by email to registered players. Your continued use of the ts999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
